I am glad I finally decided to take on board Kes’s health advices. I have not yet reached perfection, but I am improving my health and my relationship to food at each day. I eat much more green salads and natural foods now, and less processed sugar and animal products. And the result: I have easily lost 6,5 Kg in about two months.
I cherish what Kes has shown me and the things I learned from her. She is a good example. She says that we should never follow a diet, but instead, we should re-educate our health and listen to our body. It is hard in the beginning, but as we change little by little, soon we start to listen to the real messages our body wants us to hear. Today I feel better, I have more energy and I look thinner 🙂 And to my surprise my taste buds are changing and I now enjoy eating greens, fruits and natural unprocessed foods!
My goal now is to grow on this journey and feel more and more aligned with my health, mind and spirit. As I change my food habits, my mood changes, I am more cheerful, my skin looks better and everything else improves. Thanks Kes!
