After a long week of detox and de-clutter, along with phone calls, decision making and serious conversations, I began to feel very tired. In this video I reflect about the importance of resting – physically and mentally – and some of the techniques I use to feel more grounded and in peace in times of stress. Holistic health, rest and sleep are a very important part of our lives, and we lack one or both of them, our lives may suffer unnecessarily. So come on over, it’s time to relax.
