I feel more conected and happy when I’m meditating, practicing or teaching yoga, creating beautiful healing music, reading, dancing, playing with my fluffy cat, having amazing conversations with my friends and family… That’s why I am taking a step back and making the decision to reduce my online presence and social media activity.

My personal facebook and instagram profile are disabled until I feel right about reactivating it. I am reachable by email for all your questions and concerns (phone number is no longer available).
